This policy explains what personal information Nanjing Zhiyu Wujie Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") collects through the SynAgent WeChat Mini Program and this website (suki.zhiyuwujie.top, together the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We do not read your device's location: you enter your city yourself, and we only look up its approximate coordinates.
Your birthday, photos and some content of your conversations may be sensitive personal information. We process it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. You can delete it at any time.
We do not use your information to train our own AI models.
Suki automatically makes introductions between people in the same city. The criteria you set first filter the people considered, who are then ranked based on your profile, the introductions you accepted and skipped, your feedback after meetups, and an AI model's judgment of whether you two would get along. We do not score photos for looks. You can write to support@zhiyuwujie.top to ask us to explain an automated decision or to have a person review it.
The Service does not allow pornographic, violent or other illegal content. Messages, profile text and photos go through automated checks, including checks performed by our AI model provider. Messages that fail the checks are not sent, and photos that break the rules are deleted. Content that seriously breaks the rules or shows that a user is under 18 causes the account to be suspended and passed to moderators. Only staff can ban an account.

For accounts registered through the Service, personal information is stored within the People's Republic of China.

Closing your account also deletes the conversations between you and your companions, so neither side can see them.

You may also, as provided by law, access, copy, correct, supplement and delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, and ask us to explain our rules for processing personal information. Please write from your account email to support@zhiyuwujie.top; if you sign in with WeChat, please tell us your account nickname. We will reply within 15 working days after verifying your identity.
The Service uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic. Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes, sign-in credentials are stored as hashes, and access to production systems is strictly limited. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will inform you and report it to the relevant authorities as required by law.
The Service is only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you find that a minor is using the Service, please contact us, and we will suspend the account and delete the related information as required by law.
When we change this policy, we revise the "Last revised" line at the top of the page. We will tell you about significant changes through the Service or by email before they take effect.
