This Agreement is between you and Nanjing Zhiyu Wujie Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") and governs your use of the SynAgent WeChat Mini Program and this website (together the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we may suspend their account immediately.
You agree to use only one account, for yourself only, to provide truthful information, and to keep your sign-in method secure. If you sign in with WeChat, you are responsible for the security of your WeChat account. If you believe someone else has used your account, contact support@zhiyuwujie.top immediately.
Suki is an artificial intelligence, not a real person, and her content is AI-generated. Her replies, introductions, chat suggestions, meetup suggestions and place information are generated automatically by the system and may be inaccurate, incomplete or no longer current. Please check venue addresses, opening hours and similar details yourself. Nothing she says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in danger, call 110 (police) or another emergency number immediately.
We do not promise that we will be able to introduce you to a companion, or that the people you meet will get along with you.
You can publish companion-seeking posts inviting people in your city to watch a movie, share a meal, take a trip and so on. Posts and your public profile are shown to users in the same city, and you choose who comes along from the people who reply. We do not organise, take part in or verify these activities. Do not use posts to advertise, sell goods, offer paid companionship or ask for money.
Credits are used to send messages to Suki. The first introduction is free; after that, each message sent to Suki uses one credit, except questions about safety or your account and questions about credits. Chat between you and your companions does not use credits. Credits are bought through WeChat Pay, at the price shown at the time of purchase. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and they expire when the account is closed. We refund credits when Suki cannot reply; other refunds are handled as required by law or at our discretion.
You are responsible for your own interactions with other users. We do not run background checks on users or verify their identity, and cannot guarantee that what others say is true. Meet up in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport, and know that you can leave at any time. Do not send money or give financial information to people you got to know here. Report anything suspicious in the Mini Program; if you believe a crime has been committed, call the police.
You agree not to post or spread information prohibited by laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Messages, profile text and photos go through automated checks, and moderators handle reports. You can report or block anyone in the Mini Program. We aim to handle reports within 24 hours. For conduct that breaks this Agreement or puts others at risk, we may delete content, block messages, restrict or suspend accounts, up to closing the account, and report to the relevant authorities as required by law. If you think a decision was wrong, you can contact us and have staff review it.
You keep the rights to the content you post. You permit us to store, process, moderate and display that content to the extent necessary to operate, protect and improve the Service, including showing your profile to people who are introduced to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for the retention cases described in the Privacy Policy. You promise that you have the right to post the content you post.
SynAgent and its software, design, name and characters belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it. We may change or discontinue some features. The price of anything paid will be shown to you before you pay.
When you use the Service through the WeChat Mini Program, this Agreement is between you and us, not between you and Tencent. You must also follow WeChat's applicable rules.
You can close your account at any time under "Me"; see How to close your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break this Agreement, if laws and regulations require it, or to protect others and the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for users' online or offline conduct, and are not liable for indirect losses. This section does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
We may change this Agreement, and will revise the "Last revised" line at the top of the page. We will tell you about significant changes through the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the changed Agreement applies; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, please first contact support@zhiyuwujie.top, and we will do our best to resolve it through discussion; if that fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the people's court with jurisdiction where we are domiciled.
